The Dukers DCGM24 24-inch W Griddle with 2 Burners is designed to deliver superior cooking performance in commercial kitchens. It operates seamlessly on both Natural Gas (NG) and Propane, accommodating different kitchen setups with gas pressures of 4” WC for NG and 10” WC for Propane. The generous work area, measuring 23.86" x 20.50", provides ample space for cooking a variety of dishes. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Featuring independent manual controls and adjustable stainless steel legs, it offers flexibility and convenience in operation. The griddle comes with a heavy-duty 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate and a full-length seamless drip pan, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
